Usage: For daytime use. To be worn under socks. Fits right or left foot.

Wearing Instructions: Open the hook and loop closure and lay product flat with the blue arch pad facing up. For RIGHT foot use, position so that the longer strap is to the right. For LEFT foot use, position so that the longer strap is to the left. Place foot over the arch pad with the highest point of the arch pad in line with the inside edge of the foot, centered on the arch. While holding arch pad in place, wrap the shorter end over the foot. Then wrap the longer end over the other side of the foot, pulling until the desired compression is reached. Secure with the hook and loop closure. Do not pull so tight as to restrict circulation. The arch pad should feel snug against the foot but comfortable and supportive. May be worn over socks. Wear during activity or rest. Use as needed for increased comfort and support.

Care Instructions: Spot clean with a mild detergent. Do not immerse in water. Air dry only.
