All orders directly ship from Oahu, Hawaii. Please allow up to 7 days for orders to be packed and shipped. You will receive an email confirmation when your items ships. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. UFS is not responsible for replacing packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Pricing is as follows:
Hawaii: $5 USPS Flat Rate
Continental United States: $10 USPS Flat Rate

You may return new, unused items with all manufacture tags still attached in the original condition within 10 days of delivery for a full refund subject to the stated terms below.
- Qualifying merchandise must be mailed back or returned in-store within 10 days of delivery with receipt, and items must be unaltered with original packaging.
- Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs of the return.
- The Ultimate Foot Store is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please retain the tracking number for the package.
Received in Error or Defective
If we should make a mistake or there is a defect in the product, we will provide you with a prepaid postage label to return the product to us. Upon successful inspection, you will receive a full refund of the full purchase price or substitution with the correct product.
